Dye-sublimation prints on aluminum—The artwork of Hochman Brown is created of pixels and light. To bring these works out of the virtual computer world, she chooses to have her pieces professionally printed with a dye-sublimation process on coated aluminum. Special inks are heat-bonded to a high gloss polymer coating that has been applied to an aluminum sheet. The resulting prints provide vivid details and luminous color. Prints on aluminum are lightweight and ready to hang, “floating” on the wall without a frame.
Prints on paper—Ms. Hochman Brown produces museum-quality prints on paper in her studio using state-of-the-art printers and inks.
