Hochman Brown’s digital prints reference varied topics and categories, many related to nature and her life experiences. She explores the harvest, cultivation, seasons and the celestial sphere, among others. The artist consciously has decided to photograph work and then manipulate and imprint the images on the medium of aluminum, so that the artworks are lightweight and appear to float on the wall without the necessity of a frame. She then conceptually assembles the completed works by subject based on their visual character, emotional and experiential references.
